ISKSAA BIOTEK 2016 FELLOWSHIP

I had high hopes with the ISKSAA fellowship, and it sure did not disappoint. I had an opportunity of working and learning with the best in the craft of arthroscopy, Dr. Nilesh Kamat at Sancheti and Jehangir Hospitals, Pune; and, may I say, I thoroughly enjoyed the privilege.
Albeit a short one, this window laid out new horizons in the discipline of knee and shoulder arthroscopy. My teacher was most kind to elucidate and simplify even the most smallest nuances of his work, no matter how mundane for him. Not a single question went unanswered and I had the luxury of asking them even in the midst of demanding surgeries. Both my co-fellows, Rohit and Parth, were wonderful colleagues to have and work with.
I would thank ISKSAA for giving me a chance to work and learn from a gem of a person, teacher and surgeon, Dr. Nilesh Kamat.
