I have been privileged to visit Leicester, UK in the month of September 2023 for my fellowship programme for which I have selected at ISKSAA Annual meet previously this year. I am very much delighted and thankful to ISKSAA for giving me this valuable and life transforming opportunity to learn and imbibe the best practices in the realms of Shoulder and Elbow orthopaedic surgeries by the best of the mentor, Mr R Pandey sir. I am very much grateful to my mentor Mr Pandey sir for a very well knitted training programme for me and my accompanying fellow Dr Ajay Gowtham, ranging from ward rounds to case discussions, OPD evaluations and patient selection, evening clinical classes, pre-op discussion, intra-op findings and procedure explanation, post-op care and rehabilitation program, system of registry of joint replacements. He is always keen in simplifying learning for us at the same time made our stay very pleasant with best of care and hospitality, felt just like his son. Also met and learned from the experiences of Mr. Harvinder Pal Singh sir, Mr. Amit Modi sir, Mr. Ullah sir, Mr. Brown sir, Mr Kulkarni sir, Mr Ashford sir, Mr Ghosh sir, Mr Best sir, Mr Davison sir, Mr R Aujla sir, Mr C Esler sir.
