ISKSAA GANGA FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2016

It gave me immense pleasure and honour to be a part of ISKSAA ‘s fellowship program at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore.

First and foremost, I would like to thank ISKSAA, Dr Pushpinder Bajaj and Dr Lalit Maini for giving me the golden opportunity to be a part of ISKSAA Ganga Fellowship.

My sincere thanks to Dr Sunderarajan under whose expert guidance, I could get a chance to enhance and sharpen my skills in Arthroscopy surgery. The fellowship program was conducted over a two week span. Dr Sunderarajan is man of discipline and principles. Daily on an average 8-10 cases were operated upon which included knee and shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty surgeries. I also attended OPD and conducted ward rounds with Dr Sunderarajan and team which was again a learning experience for me. It was a very warm and cordial atmosphere at the hospital which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I could also get a chance to visit places in the beautiful city of Coimbatore as well as Ooty. Overall, it was a very unforgettable and pleasurable working experience with Dr Sunderarajan and team at Ganga hospital. I express my gratitude and thanks to ISKSAA for endowing upon me the chance to be a part of it.
