Greetings.

It gives me immense pleasure to share my experience regarding the ISKSAA Clinical Fellowship at the Centre for Sports Injury (CSI), New Delhi, under the esteemed mentorship of Dr. Pushpinder Singh Bajaj sir.

During my tenure, I had the unique opportunity to immerse myself in an advanced clinical environment. Dr. Bajaj is not only a pioneer in the field of Arthroscopy but also an exceptional teacher. His ability to break down complex surgical steps—particularly in ACL reconstructions, Revision ACL reconstructions (BPTB graft) and Mini-open Bankart's repair—is truly remarkable.

Key highlights of my fellowship included:

• Surgical Exposure: Assisting and observing advanced arthroscopic techniques using state-of-the-art modular OTs. Assisting leading surgeons from various departments as Arthroplasty, Robotic Arthroplasty, Foot & Ankle and Spine.
• Clinical Acumen: Gaining insights into patient selection, pre-operative planning, and evidence-based post-operative protocols. CSI has a Dynamic MRI machine where I could learn the indications of Dynamic scans.
• Rehabilitation: Interacting with the dedicated physiotherapy team at CSI, which provided a holistic understanding of sports medicine recovery.

Dr. Bajaj sir's commitment to academic excellence and his approach to teaching have significantly boosted my confidence. I am also grateful to the entire CSI team for their constant support and for making this a career-defining experience. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Bajaj sir for allowing me to participate as an on-field orthopaedic surgeon at the World Para-Athletic Championship 2025. It is one of the most unique experiences a fellow can have in his career.
