I had the privilege of successfully completing the BIOTEK–ISKSAA Fellowship Programme in December 2025, which proved to be an enriching academic and clinical experience. The fellowship was conducted under the expert guidance of Dr. Naveen Sharma, Jaipur, whose vast knowledge, surgical expertise, and dedication to teaching greatly enhanced my learning throughout the programme.

During the fellowship, I gained in-depth exposure to advanced concepts, techniques, and practical applications related to knee surgery and sports arthroscopy. The programme emphasized evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and the latest advancements in the field. Hands-on training, case discussions, live surgical demonstrations, and interactive sessions significantly improved my understanding and confidence in managing complex cases.

Dr. Naveen Sharma’s mentorship played a crucial role in shaping my learning experience. His clear explanations, structured approach, and encouragement to think critically helped me refine both my clinical decision-making and surgical skills.
