ISKSAA BIOTEK TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIP 2025
I have successfully completed my one-week fellowship through ISKSAA in Nasik under the expert guidance of Dr. Sagar Kakatkar, an arthroscopic surgeon with a special interest in foot and ankle surgery. During this intensive fellowship, I had the opportunity to observe a substantial volume of shoulder arthroscopies, including rotator cuff and Bankart repairs. Additionally, I gained exposure to various knee surgeries, such as ACL reconstructions, meniscus repairs, and ramp repairs. Dr. Kakatkar’s commitment to education, coupled with his extensive clinical expertise, made this fellowship an invaluable and inspiring experience. The excellent local hospitality and care provided throughout my stay significantly enhanced the learning environment. I extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Kakatkar for imparting a wealth of knowledge in such a condensed timeframe. Finally, I wish to express my gratitude to ISKSAA, particularly Dr. Pushpinder singh Bajaj and Dr. Lalit Maini, for facilitating this exceptional educational opportunity.
