With sincere gratitude, I would like to thank Dr. Pushpinder Bajaj and the ISKSAA team for granting me the invaluable opportunity to enhance my clinical knowledge and surgical skills under the guidance of Dr. Jatinder Singla, through the ISKSAA Mohali MAX Travelling Fellowship.

During this period, I had the privilege of observing and assisting in a wide range of procedures, including total knee replacement, unicompartmental (microplasty) knee replacement, Revision total knee arthroplasty, Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction, High tibia osteotomy and various trauma cases.

Dr. Singla was generous with his time and knowledge, consistently explaining about plan of management of each case. He also took the time to discuss OPD cases in detail and guided me through the key surgical steps in the operating theatre. His insights into surgical techniques and the development of his clinical practice over the years were particularly inspiring.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Singla’s team and the staff at MAX Hospital for their constant support and assistance throughout the fellowship programme. Their warm hospitality and willingness to help at every step made this experience even more valuable.

I am truly thankful to the ISKSAA team for making this opportunity possible—something that would have otherwise been very difficult to access. I look forward to more such learning experiences in the future.
