With sincere gratitude, I would like to thank you for the invaluable opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills through the ISKSAA Biotek Travelling Fellowship (14th July to 18th July 2025). This experience has been an important milestone in my professional journey, and I am deeply thankful for the support and guidance provided.

I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Pushpinder Bajaj and the ISKSAA organization for their efforts in organizing such a well-structured and enriching fellowship. The exposure I received during this program—both in the operating room and in clinical discussions—has significantly broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of advanced orthopaedic practices.

Your mentorship and the overall experience under this fellowship have not only sharpened my surgical skills but have also inspired me to continue striving for excellence in my field.I am truly happy and confident with the arthroscopic skills I learned under your guidance. Your clear and systematic teaching approach made arthroscopy—especially shoulder and knee surgeries—much easier to understand and perform. Now I'm independently performing diagnostic arthroscopies and confidently assisting in ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair procedures. I am deeply grateful for the knowledge and skills you've shared with me.

A special thanks to Mr. Rushabh and the Biotek team for their exceptional coordination and efforts in organizing this fellowship. Their seamless support ensured that the entire experience was smooth, productive, and truly rewarding.
